Spring Love
Ahh, it’s that time of year again, spring! I ♥ spring. I love to see the trees and flowers in bloom, bringing colour my NOPO neighborhood. The days are getting longer, and the sun is coming out of hibernation. Even the rain smells better. Everyone is in a better mood, and promise of summer is right around the corner.
With spring comes a few essentials that we must pull out of the closet, or even better shop for. So here are my essentials for the brightening season.
lancôme soleil flash bronzer | kate spade earrings | jeans + tee | birkenstocks | ray ban | handkerchief | chanel nail polish Being covered in clothing and rain clouds all winter, when we start to bare our skin, sunglasses may be necessary. The Lancôme Soliel Bronzer is by far the very best that ever existed, seriously. I’ve been using it for over 10 years since my Italy days. In my search for it, it seems it has been discontinued in the states, so I’ll be looking to the UK for supply.
As my fashion needs don’t vary much season to season, it's easy putting together my spring go-to outfit. A great pair of stud earrings, simple jeans and tee, sandals (coveting these Birks) and my 365 day/year essential, sunglasses. And since jewel tones are in this spring, and I love my crazy nail polish, I'm digging this colour combo for my next mani/pedi.
And yes, that’s a handkerchief. Being that it is spring, you know the allergies are going wild. A hand stamped hanky is just the ticket. Save a tree and give the box of tissues a rest will ya?
