Shipping + Returns

How long before my order ships?

Shipping will vary based on the type of print you have ordered. Silkscreen prints are printed in batched editions, and will typically ship within 2-5 business days. Block prints are often made to order, so expect 7-10 business days before your order ships. I am a one woman show, and I do my best to quickly ship your print once the ink is dried.

Domestic shipping

Order shipped within the continental US will be shipped first class mail with tracking. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.

International shipping

If you live outside the US, shipping times are averaging about 6-10 days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate. Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order. Tracking will be provided for your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

US Domestic shipping is included for no additional charge. International shipping outside the US is provided at a reduced price, minus the cost of included domestic shipping. There may be additional import taxes applied to orders sent outside of the US. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

How will my order be shipped? 

Prints 11 x 14 inches and smaller are mailed in a cello sleeve and protected in a rigid mailer to ensure safe delivery to your door. Prints 16 x 20 inches and larger are rolled in a cello sleeve and mailed in a hard tube to avoid any damages.

What if my art arrives damaged?

I take great care in packing each piece of artwork for shipment. That being said, sometimes the post office machines have other plans. If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out immediately (within seven days of delivery) with documentation of the damages for my records. I will send out a replacement within the shipping timeline of your original order.

What is your return policy?

All sales on original artwork are final. I do my very best to represent the artwork as accurately as possible in photographs and descriptions, but as I am a small business, I am unable to take any returns unless there are damages in shipping. Please see above.
